About the Northside St. Patrick’s Parade

The 2nd Annual Northside Saint Patrick’s Parade & Festival will step off Saturday, March 23, 2024, in beautiful Sandy Springs GA.  This hometown, family-friendly event will commence with a parade honoring Saint Patrick, the Patron Saint of Ireland, with participants including Honorary Marshals, Military units, schools, bands, Irish social, music, theater, and athletic groups, local civic organizations, businesses and more.

The parade will begin at approximately 11:00am.  All units will be provided with specific times at which they must be in place.  The parade will begin at the intersection of Lake Forrest and Mount Vernon Highway, and proceed East on Mount Vernon to the City Green. It will then turn left on Galambos Way, proceeding around the back of the Green and ending at the intersection of Galambos Way and Sandy Springs Circle.  Floats and vehicles will then proceed to exit onto Sandy Springs Circle and return to the marshaling or other parking areas.  Please see the event map above for additional details.

Spectators will be able to view the parade along Mount Vernon, and also from the City Green when it reaches that point in its route. The duration of the parade will be approximately 45 minutes.
